Searching and attracting the best candidates for each user through online ads and offline initiatives. 
· Handle the recruitment process end to end, such as selecting the candidate from the documents and manage the interview session. 
· Conduct employee performance assessments 
· Manage company HR administration and software 
· Responsible for mediation in relations between employees or between employees and the management of the Company
