Qualification:
- Minimum Diploma (D3) Degree in all majors, preferably: informatics system, accounting, tax, secretary, computer accounting, business administration
- Fresh Graduate – experiences max. 3 years
- Proficient in Ms Office, SAP & HRIS System
- Having knowledge and exposure to recruitment and training administration, personnel administration, employee experiences programs & employee relations is a competitive advantage
- Able to manage multiple tasks, customer focus oriented, detail-oriented, well planning & organizing, self-drive & initiative, effective to work in a fast-paced environment with exposure to working with early-stage startup companies
