Qualification:
- Outstanding Undergraduates and Postgraduates of any fields (GPA equivalent to or above 3.5 out of 4.0)
- Fresh graduates and professional with less than two years of working experience
- Exceptional problem solvers who skillfully identify the professional root cause and analyze the data to conclude a solution
- Those who are passionate about making a difference for a cause, with a proven experience of joining an organization or community
- Those who have a strong drive and ambition, with past record of achievement, academically or non-academically
- Those who are willing to be assigned to the unit and/or branch office according to the company’s requirements all around Indonesia.
