We are looking for someone with a can-do-attitude and a hunger to learn for out Talent Acquisition Intern position. The daily responsibilities will be helping our Talent Acquisition Team, such as sourcing prospective candidates, screening CVs, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews. On top of that, you will get to learn how the department operates to help people realize their best potentials and enable the company to grow in a sustainable, scalable way. Depending on your appetite, you can be in charge of our employer branding, training, engagemeent, and other initiatives should you be eager to learn.
Requirements:
- Someone who is eager to learn about sourcing and talent scouting and match them with the right opportunity.
- Strong interview skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with a diverse range of people
- Fluent in operationg Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Independent learner who is proactive and has initiatives to learn and grow
- Have sharp eyes for details, strong curiosity, self-discipline, and a can-di-attitude
- Able to work effectively in a remote setting (WFH)
- Able to commit for 3 months or more on a full-time basis
